This website is run by Guy Habgood, a sole trader, at guyhabgood.co.uk. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information on this site

Everything on this site is general information about my services. It isn't legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as if it were. The governance material I describe is general guidance that your own compliance lead needs to confirm for your firm.

I try to keep the site accurate and up to date, including prices, but I can't promise it's free of errors. The price that applies to any work is the one in the proposal you accept.

Where I quote figures from published research, I name the source. Those figures belong to their publishers.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own information and to get in touch with me. Please don't copy large parts of it, use it for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with how it works.

Intellectual property

The words, design and materials on this site belong to me unless they say otherwise. Free resources such as the scorecard result and the Kill Switch plan are for your firm's own use.

Where I link to other websites, I'm not responsible for what's on them.

Liability

I'm not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
