Find out where your firm really stands with AI.
What your team is already using, what it touches, where the gaps are, and what to do first. A written report inside ten days, for £395, and the fee comes off whatever you book next.
An AI readiness audit is a ten-day review of how your firm uses AI today: the tools in use, the policy gaps, the risks ranked red, amber or green, and a prioritised plan with a price on each item.
Who it's for
Is this for you?
It's a good fit if
You suspect your team is using AI and you're not sure how.
You want to use AI properly but don't know where to start.
A client, insurer or your regulator has asked about AI and you'd like a good answer.
You're being sold AI tools and can't tell which are worth it.
It isn't the right fit if
You already have a policy, approved tools and trained staff, and just want something built. Book a call and we'll skip straight to that.
You're a sole practitioner. Most of what the audit covers assumes a team.
What you get
Six things, in writing
A picture of what's in use
An anonymous staff survey shows which AI tools people use, for what, and whether client data goes near them.
Your policy gaps
What you have, what's missing and what your regulator expects.
A map of your systems
Where information lives, where it gets typed twice and where it gets stuck.
The risks, ranked
A red, amber or green rating on each area, so you know what to deal with first.
A prioritised plan
The five things most worth doing, each with a price, so you can decide without a second sales conversation.
A 45-minute walkthrough
We go through it together and you ask whatever you like.
How it runs
About ten days, start to finish
Questionnaire and survey
A short questionnaire for you, and the anonymous survey for your team.
A 60-minute conversation
In person if you're in Hampshire or by video anywhere else.
Your written report
Delivered within ten working days.
The walkthrough
At a time that suits you.
You'll need about an hour of your own time, plus a few minutes from each member of the team for the survey.
What the report looks like

Here's the report I'd write for a fictional twelve-person practice, so you can see exactly what you'd get before you pay for it.

£395, and it comes off what you do next
The audit costs £395, paid when you book. If you go on to book any piece of work or the subscription within 60 days, the full £395 comes off the price.
Founding clients
The first three firms get the audit for £295, in exchange for permission to write up what we did together.
What happens next
Two routes, your choice
If the report shows something worth doing, I'll send a proposal with two options. One is a single piece of work at a fixed price. The other is the AI Partner subscription, where I work through your plan one thing at a time for a monthly fee. Or you take the report and do nothing, which is fine too.
A single piece of work
Fixed price, one outcome.
The AI Partner subscription
Unlimited work, care included.
