What I do and where it comes from
I lead a live AI rollout inside a regulated, dual-entity business. That means I've had to answer the same questions I'll ask you: which tools are safe, what goes into them, who checks the output, and what the policy says. Most of the governance thinking behind my work comes from doing it for real.
I've also worked with a lot of startups over the years, and I design and build software, including the ExQlo legal services marketplace and the Ladies Who Lit member portal.

Rules before automation
A firm that knows what's allowed gets more from AI than one that finds out later.
Plain English
If I can't explain what something does in a sentence, I shouldn't be building it.
Fixed prices
You should know what it costs before we start, and the number shouldn't move.
How I work with firms
A small number at a time
I work with three or four firms at a time and deliver one piece of work at a time for each. That's deliberate. You deal with the person doing the work, and the work gets done properly.
Nothing depends on me being reachable
Everything I build runs on your own accounts and is documented with a runbook and a handover video. Monitoring alerts me to problems early. A named backup contractor can step in if needed.
