Get your product built without a technical co-founder.

I design and build first versions for non-technical founders. It starts with a working prototype for £1,950, and you own everything from day one.

Who this is for

Founders I work well with

You have an idea for a product and no technical partner to build it.

You have a prototype or no-code version that needs to become a real product.

An agency has quoted you a number you don't want to pay.

You're a small team that wants to run on AI from the start.

Probably not a fit if

You need a large engineering team from day one.

You're looking for someone to work for equity alone.

You need round-the-clock support from the first release.

Where founders get stuck

The usual traps

£10k–£35k

UK agencies typically quote £10,000 to £35,000 for a simple first version.

(02)

A cheap build that works for the demo and then needs rewriting.

(03)

No-code tools that are brilliant until you need the one thing they can't do.

(04)

Months going by before there's anything a customer can actually use.

What I can do

Four ways I help founders

(01)

Build the first version of your product

From a clickable prototype to a working product real users can sign up to. Fixed price for each phase.

(02)

Be your technical partner, month to month

Decisions, builds and fixes from one person who knows your product, on a monthly arrangement you can stop.

(03)

Set you up to run on AI

A knowledge base, shared prompts and agents set up for the jobs you repeat, so a team of three works like a bigger one.

A website you can change yourself

A site built on your own code that you update by asking Claude, so you're not waiting on a developer to change a headline.

About the AI-managed website

How it starts

A working prototype, first

Before anything big gets built, we spend one to two weeks turning your idea into a scoped plan and a prototype you can click through and put in front of people. It costs £1,950, and if you go ahead with the build within 60 days, the fee comes off it.

If you stop there, you still have the plan and the prototype. Plenty of founders use them to test the idea or raise money before committing to more.

Discovery and working prototype£1,950

One to two weeks. Credited against the build if you go ahead within 60 days.

Ladies Who Lit

3,000 members

A women-only book club and reading retreat with around 3,000 members, which was running on Google Sheets and WhatsApp. I built a member portal where members book, pay and meet each other, with the welcome emails, payment reminders and tracking running on their own.

What you own

It's yours, all of it

The code, the domain, the hosting, the database and every account sit in your company's name. There's no lock-in. If you raise money and hire developers, they pick up a documented codebase. I don't take equity; you pay for the work and keep the company.

Running on AI from day one

Start the way you mean to go on

Small teams have the most to gain from AI and the least time to set it up. I can put in a shared knowledge base, a library of prompts and a few agents for the jobs you repeat, built on whichever AI you already pay for.

Working with one person

What that means in practice

You deal with the person who builds it, from the first call to the last line of code. I work with a small number of clients at a time so that stays true, which also means there's sometimes a wait before I can start.

Current availability

Everything is documented as I go, so if you raise and hire a team, or if I'm unavailable, the work doesn't stop with me.
