Set up AI governance yourself, with the hard part already written.
Ready-made kits for any business, with editions for accountancy practices, law firms and financial advice firms. The documents, a step-by-step guide and a walkthrough video, so your team can use AI with rules your regulator, or the ICO, would recognise.
An AI governance kit is a set of ready-to-fill documents: an AI use policy, an approved tools register, a usage log, client wording, a tool assessment, a staff survey, a client FAQ and a prompt library, with a step-by-step guide and a video to take you through them.
The three tiers
Choose how much help you want
Each regulated edition is mapped to what that regulator expects, and the General edition to UK data protection law. Pick the one that matches your business, then choose a tier.

What's in the kit
Seven documents, and how to use them
An AI policy
One page, written so people actually read it.
An approved tools register
Which tools are allowed, where each one keeps its data, and what it may be used for.
An AI usage log
So you can show what was done and who checked it.
A clause for your engagement letters
Telling clients how you use AI.
A screening checklist
For data protection impact assessments.
An anonymous staff survey
Shows which AI tools your people already use.
A client-facing AI FAQ
You can send it to anyone who asks.
You also get a prompt library for everyday jobs and a table showing how each document lines up with your regulator's guidance, or with UK law in the General edition. Each document has a "last reviewed" date on it, so you always know how current it is.

Is it right for you?
Who the kits suit
A kit is a good fit if
You want a proper AI policy in place without paying for someone to write it.
Someone at the firm is organised and happy to follow a guide.
You'd like something in place before a client, insurer or regulator asks.
You'd be better off with the rollout if
Nobody at the firm has a spare few hours in the next month.
You also want the tools chosen, set up and trained on for you.
Rather I did it for you?
The done-for-you option
The team AI rollout covers everything in the kit, plus choosing and setting up your tools, a live 90-minute workshop, and a handover. It's £1,950. If you buy a kit and then decide you want the rollout within 60 days, the price of the kit comes off it.

The small print
Worth knowing before you buy
The kit is general guidance mapped to published regulator material, or to UK law and ICO guidance in the General edition. It isn't legal advice; your compliance lead should confirm it.
Each purchase is licensed to one firm. Adapt the documents as much as you like, but please don't share or resell them.
You'll receive a receipt you can use for your accounts. I'm not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
